Where does time go?

The sense of smell is a powerful thing… it can take us back in time in an instant.

It happened to me today.

When David was a little boy he used to have a “sick smell” – poor kid could never fake illness to stay home from school. Somewhere in the years he grew out of that “sick smell” it was like a very sweet pickle. I remember feeling so bad for him that he didn’t feel good but honestly.. that smell have me a splitting headache!

As I said – he outgrew it …..
Today I smelled that very same smell and it took me back to when he was 3 or 4 years old and sick. Where does the time go?
