Dinner

Dinner as with all moms I am sure I hate figuring out what is for dinner - especially now with Football practice we are eating dinner at 8pm. Not cool.

But last night I hit pay dirt when I was looking through the freezer trying to figure out what to make for dinner. Waaayyy in the back… ..underneath “something” (I will figure out what that is this weekend maybe) ….....I found ONCOR SALSBURY STEAKS!! Nick was beside himself with joy. You combine that along with yucky instant mashed potatoes and frozen corn and you have instantly happy children.

Gross! I had a bowl of ice cream!
