I am trying a new diet .... a lotion diet.
I snack at work all day due to boredom (yes I know I need a more challenging job and that will come later). Most of the foods I eat are finger foods .. so here is my thought. Every time I want to snack on something I put lotion on my hands instead. I have to wait for the lotion to sink in so my food doesn't taste like lotion, by that time either the craving with pass (ya right!) or I apply more lotion so I have to wait again.
It worked yesterday so I am trying it again today. (no... I don't feel any lighter yet but don't burst my bubble!)
